Got walkie-talkie troubles?

- It’s impossible to set up the channels and group codes
- The walkie talkie’s display is blocked
- The walkie talkie can’t be turned ON

Let's start with the reset procedure

Please check that all the batteries
are inserted correctly and fully charged

Difficulties with connection both walkie-talkies?

Long-press the Call button until the cue sound is heard
(the button is located on the right side
of the walkie-talkies).

If it doesn’t help, link this video : or follow the steps below:

1. Press and hold the switch button until it beeps and shows the function icon on the screen.
2. Enter channel settings by pressing the key once.
3. Use the up or down buttons to select the desired channel.
4. Press the key twice to enter the group code settings.
5. Use the up or down buttons to select the desired group code.
6. Save settings by pressing the PTT key.
7. Long-press and hold the PTT key to start an intercom session.
8. Release the key to end the session and send the voice.
