Customer service has been great, and the camera is excellent for small hands and easy to use!

It's for my son, and he will receive it for his 3rd bday in two weeks! I turned it on, tried it myself! And I'm sure he is going to love it! Easy to use, great look! Good plus: ready to use as soon as I turned it on! The only low point is the app, harder to use than expected, due to iphone protecting from unknown wifi incoming and then to save the picture on you gallery. But overall it's a gadget! Can't wait for Mini to have it!

Gave it as a Christmas present for my 2.5 year old. She loves it and is having much fun with it. The app on the other hand is not easily found on the app store and it's a struggle to download it but once I figured out how it works I was able to download the pics on my phone to share with family. So I opted for a 4 star review as I would give 5* to the camera and 3* for the app.

We still have to use it but the arrival was just ok time!!
