Unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery company and I could not get the camera, but the Zoofamily team was extremely keen on finding a solution to best satisfy its customers. They were in contact with the courier and investigated on what could have happened. I guess I just was unlucky. Nevertheless I think it’s a great product and a great company
